Apartments are in great place. Market and skibus stop after a few meters from the doors. Stays near the small mountain river and surroundings are great.
Just 2 places in whole town where you can have a dinner.

It was really cold outside when we arrived at the location but the heating system was completely shut off. The apartment was stone cold and it took practically the whole night to warm it up to a livable temperature. Otherwise the apartment, the furnishing and the cleanliness was spotless. We enjoyed the stay. The apartment met our expectations. The price was good, however, it was off the season. We were the only guests in the entire building.
Knowing in advance the we were coming (a family with children) the staff should have turned the heating system on. The outside temperature was around 2 c and the apartment was so cold that we had to keep our jackets on for several hours.

We liked a lot the location by the river, the quiet atmosphere and the simple yet very comfortable apartment. The location is convenient for reaching the ski resorts in 5 minutes with a frequent and free ski shuttle. The most positive comment is about the service level we got on the first day: the fridge was extremely noisy and we complained. The hotel staff immediately reacted and prepared the resolution of the problem within an hour, showing client care and professionalism in a very friendly way. The fridge was substituted the following morning (Sunday!). Efficiency and courtesy at the same time, a rare combination. We will go back again. Thanks.
